Our Story

Próvence is the inspiration behind Chef Eric’s heritage where food from both Italy and France has been brought to Providenciales, Turks and Caicos.

His passion for food has been heavily influenced by a lifetime filled with international travel and a dual heritage that came courtesy of a French Mother and an Italian Father.

Chef Eric boasts the rare accomplishment of having worked in not one but three restaurants each appointed with the coveted Michelin star.

Our Menu has something for everyone. Enjoy the fine dining experience on our outdoor patio or inside where you can sit around the largest chef table in Provo and watch the magic unfold. The Chef is there to help you decide your choice and will fill you in on what the new dishes are that night, it’s a dining show you don’t want to miss.

Our new bar area is now serving a tapas menu where you can enjoy small bites off our menu. You can get a taste of the many offerings we have.
